HBO Max has found their next pretty little liar! Bailee Madison has been cast in the upcoming Pretty Little Liars reboot, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin.
According to Deadline, Madison will be playing a character named Imogen. Imogen is described as “a true survivor. Like all of the Liars, Imogen is a final girl. She will drive the mystery of uncovering “A” as she fights for her life and the lives of her friends.”
The actress shared her excitement for the news in a tweet. She said, “Who’s reAdy? I may be a little liar.. but this secret is one I can’t keep any longer… over the moon. beyond excited. and so grateful. Thank you Roberto, Lindsay and David… I’m so humbled to be a part of this PLL world that you are creAting!! ❤️❤️ Xoxoxo -B”

Original Pretty Little Liars actresses, Shay Mitchell and Lucy Hale, warmly congratulated Madison in the comments section of her announcement post on Instagram. Mitchell said, “Congrats babe! ❤️” Hale said, “I’m so proud of you Bailee ❤️ you deserve all amazing things in life & I support you always !!! Go get em mama.”
Madison is best known for her role in the shows Good Witch and The Fosters. She will be joining actresses Chandler Kinney (Tabby) and Maia Reficco (Noa) for the reboot.
The drama-filled storyline is said to feature a new group of Little Liars as they are being threatened by an Assailant in the town of Millwood. Production is expected to begin later in the summer in New York. To find out more information about the series, click here.
