Patty Wagstaff is an American aviator and U.S. national aerobatic champion. She is widely known as the first woman to win the title of US National Aerobatic champion, and one of the few people to win it three times. Wagstaff started competing in aerobatics in 1983. She quickly rose through the ranks, and in 1991 she became the first woman to win the U.S. National Aerobatic Championship. She won the title again in 1992 and 1993.
