KO missed the latest episode of SmackDown because he was at the hospital taking care of her.

However, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise for him as a character, as The Bloodline destroyed Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton. The American Nightmare accepted Solo Sikoa‘s challenge for the World Heavyweight title at SummerSlam. After a brawl ensued between him and The Bloodline, The Viper came out to help. However, the dominant group ended up power-bombing him through the table and standing tall.
